Prefinished Construction Sheets
A variety of Envirawood prefinished construction sheets are available and can be easily laminated to most substrates such as Plywood, MDF, MDO, Pressboard, Lightweight Composites, etc. via cold press or manually. These prefinished construction sheets can also be utilized to manually construct virtually all types of interior furnishings and construction projects. Adhesive systems and specifications are available for both high volume and manual applications.

Prefinished Panels
A variety of Envirawood prefinished panels can be ordered laminated to most thicknesses of Plywood, MDF, MDO, Pressboard, Lightweight Composites, etc. These panels can be ordered with an Envirawood construction sheet on both sides; or they can be ordered with an HPL, cabinet liner, or a variety of compatible materials on the back side. Envirawood panels are ideal for interior furniture manufacturers utilizing CNC machines for cutting parts. The engineering and nesting time required is reduced considerably due to the ease of grain or pattern matching when using Envirawood prefinished panels.

Prefinished Construction Sheets with KYDEX Backings
A variety of Envirawood prefinished construction sheets are available with several types of KYDEX backings. These KYDEX backed Envirawood prefinished construction sheets can be used to membrane press, vacuum press or thermoform. KYDEX backed Envirawood prefinished construction sheets are approved for aircraft and commercial marine interior furnishings as well as many other types of commercial and residential interior construction projects.

Prefinished Membrane Construction Sheets
A variety of Envirawood prefinished membrane construction sheets are available for several types of membrane manufacturing techniques. These membrane construction sheets can be used to membrane or vacuum press both horizontal and vertical types of interior furnishings; including tabletops, raised panel doors, flat panel doors, kiosks, etc.
