Prefinished Construction Sheets
A variety of Envirawood prefinished construction sheets are available and can be easily laminated to almost every substrate such as Veneer Cores, MDF, MDO, Plywood, Particle Board, Composites, Lightweight Composites, etc. via cold press or manually. These prefinished construction sheets can also be utilized to manually construct virtually all types of interior furnishings and construction projects. Adhesive systems and specifications are available for both high volume and manual applications.

Prefinished Panels
A variety of Envirawood prefinished panels can be ordered laminated to Veneer Cores, MDFs, MDO, Plywoods, Particle Board, Composites, Lightweight Composites, etc. These panels can be ordered with an Envirawood construction sheet on both sides; or they can be ordered with our standard backing sheet or an HPL, cabinet liner, or a variety of compatible materials on the back side. Envirawood prefinished panels are ideal for interior furniture manufacturers utilizing CNC machines for cutting parts. The engineering and nesting time required is reduced considerably due to the ease of grain or pattern matching when using Envirawood prefinished panels.

Prefinished Construction Sheets with Special Backings
A variety of Envirawood prefinished construction sheets are available with special backings. These special backed Envirawood prefinished construction sheets can be used to membrane press, vacuum press or thermoform. These special backed Envirawood prefinished construction sheets are approved for aircraft and commercial marine interior furnishings as well as many other types of commercial and residential interior construction projects.

Prefinished Membrane Construction Sheets & Prefinished Interior Construction Products
A variety of Envirawood Prefinished Membrane Construction Sheets are available for fabricating every type of prefinished interior furnishing. These prefinished membrane construction sheets can be utilized to fabricate prefinished cabinetry with matching prefinished moldings along with matching wall or ceiling panels, entry doors, tabletops, raised panel doors, flat panel doors, etc. These Prefinished Construction Sheets and Products are available in the Envirawood Standard Wood Grains, Custom Wood Grains, Custom Patterns, Solid Colors and Solid Metallic Colors.
