Envirawood Maintenance
Cleaning and Polishing
For cleaning and polishing the surface we suggest 3M #09033 Marine Clean and Shine Spray Wax simply sprayed on the surface and wiped off using a 3M #26224 Scotch-Brite High Performance Cloth.
Another product we recommend is Nano Power Finish distributed by CTA Products.
Application Instructions:
Spray lightly on a clean surface;
Spread evenly with a soft cloth;
Leave liquid on surface for 30 to 60 seconds;
Buff with a microfiber or other soft cloth.

Repairing
Although the repair procedures below can be used to repair minor surface damage(s) the procedures require finishing repair experience and skill. In addition, using the repair procedures may remove the UV protected scratch-resistant coating in the area(s) repaired.
If the repair fails and/or is unacceptable, the alternative is to remove the damaged area(s) and replace them using what is required from a new sheet of Envirawood. Because of the color and wood grain consistency of the Envirawood products matching the repaired area(s) color and wood grain or pattern from the new sheet of Envirawood is a comparatively simple process.
Repair Procedures
1. Remove the defect using an A5 3M 466LA Trizact disc on a 3M #03125 Nib Removal Sander. This is done damp/wet sanded.
2. Buff the sanded area with a 76mm diameter #81470 Finesse-it Natural Buffing Pad. This is mounted on a 5000 RPM rotary buffer equipped with a 3M #14736 Finesse-it Roloc Finishing Disc Pad for support. This buff pad is used in conjunction with #13084 Finesse-it Finishing Material - EC. Larger areas can be buffed using larger diameter buff pads and correspondingly slower speed buffers.
3. Final clean up and polish is with the 3M #09033 Marine Clean and Shine Spray Wax and the 3M #26224 Scotch-Brite High Performance Cloth.
