Environmental Wood, Inc. is very concerned with the ongoing depletion and aggressive harvesting of our forest domestically and globally. We want our customers to know and understand that when they incorporate the Envirawood products in their interior furnishings and projects, they are helping minimize the impact of losing the planet's forests.

We understand and appreciate that the look of wood interior furnishings has been desirable for centuries. And, yes Envirawood is a man-made product. However, it is a man-made product that is a functional, visually realistic and cost effective replacement for a world class finished wood veneer product.

Regarding TVOCs (Total Volatile Organic Compounds) the product only emits 1/10th of the allowable TVOC emissions; regarding Formaldehydes the product only emits 1/20th of the allowable Formaldehyde emissions; regarding Total Aldehydes the product only emits 1/50th of the allowable Total Aldehyde emissions. These impressive test results clearly indicate the Envirawood product easily qualifies for Greenguard Institute certification and, therefore can be used on Leeds Construction Projects.

Envirawood is fully recyclable by mechanical means. Envirawood is manufactured and can be laminated without the use of VOCs or other emissions. Envirawood is hygienic and does not promote bacterial growth or transmission.
